Systems Integration Delayed Until Further Notice

As part of our final preparations, we identified an item that requires additional time to fully address. As a result, we have made the decision to pause our planned system integration.

This step is being taken to ensure a seamless, secure, and high-quality experience for our members and employees at go-live.

Members can continue banking as usual. Services such as online banking, mobile app access, and Interac e-Transfers are operating normally. Any previously shared timelines or expected service interruptions are no longer in effect.

At this time, there is no estimated timeline for when the system integration will take place. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our priority remains a stable and successful transition while minimizing disruption to members as much as possible. We appreciate your patience as we take the time to get this right.
